Yes. Everything is included from day one, so many practices begin with Concierge or Scribe and switch the rest on when they are ready. It all shares one record.

Yes. Concierge calls, Scribe consultations, drafting and suggestions are all included — there is no per-call, per-minute or per-token charge and no usage tier. It is subject to our fair use policy, which exists only to stop automated, scripted or abusive use. Normal use by a practice of any size, however busy, is never limited or billed.

Not unless you want one. Monthly billing is rolling and you can cancel renewal at any time, keeping access to the end of the paid month. An annual commitment lowers the price to £549 per practice, per month, billed annually.

Pricing is per practice, per month. Your first practice pays the base price and each additional practice adds 85% of it — £509.15 on monthly billing, £466.65 with an annual commitment. The calculator on this page shows the total for up to ten practices.

The same product at £449 per practice, per month, fixed for as long as you stay with Maxillo. That includes modules that ship later. The founding price is open to the first 5–10 practices.
