How long does it take to get set up?+
Most practices are working in Maxillo within a few days. The Maxillo team creates your practice and invites the owner; you then add your team, treatments and prices, and clinician rotas from Settings. There is no data migration project unless you ask for one.
Is Maxillo the practice record, or does it sit alongside another system?+
Maxillo is the record: patients, the diary, clinical notes, charting, treatment plans, payments and communications live in it. It does not sync with other practice management systems.
Is patient data kept in the UK?+
Yes. Patient data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom. See the Security page for the detail.
Does AI make clinical decisions on its own?+
No. Scribe drafts notes for a clinician to read, edit and sign; Concierge books only into real availability and hands anything clinical to a person. Nothing enters the clinical record without a clinician.
How is Maxillo priced?+
One plan, priced per practice: £599 per month, or £549 per month with an annual commitment, with everything included. Each additional practice adds 85% of the base price. Founding practices pay £449 per month, fixed for life. AI usage is unlimited, subject to fair use. See the Pricing page.
