How long does it take to get set up?+
Onboarding is designed to have you live within a few days. There's no data migration project — Maxillo layers on top of your existing practice management system and syncs in the background.
Do you replace our current practice management system?+
No. Maxillo works alongside the PMS you already use, bringing data into one unified record. You can keep your existing systems running throughout.
Is patient data kept in the UK?+
Yes. All patient data is stored and processed in the United Kingdom and never leaves the region. See the Security page for the full detail.
Does AI make clinical decisions on its own?+
No. Maxillo is human-in-the-loop by design — clinical outputs are drafted by the system and reviewed and signed by your team. AI assists; clinicians decide.
How is Maxillo priced?+
Pricing is per surgery, with monthly or annual billing. Use the slider on the Pricing page to estimate your cost, or book a demo for a tailored quote.
What support is included?+
Every plan includes email and in-app support from a UK team. Larger practices get a named onboarding specialist and priority response times.
